By applying quality control at every stage of production, we can move faster without sacrificing accuracy. FabriVISION enables rapid, highly accurate inspection of laser-cut and punched parts made from stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, significantly reducing quality-control time. Faster QC means increased production flow, greater capacity, and shorter lead times for our customers.

The FabriVISION system also allows us to deliver fast, accurate First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, giving customers immediate confidence that parts meet specifications and allowing projects to move forward without delay.

Since launching operations in March 2024, NC Fabrication has continued to grow. To support that growth and better serve both existing and future customers, we are actively pursuing ISO 9001:2015 certification. Certification opens the door to new markets that require formal registration while strengthening consistency, efficiency, and reliability for customers who don’t.
